Last Thursday, Ms. Duran, Ms. Goodman, Ms. Martinez, and Ms. Salinas brought a handful of students to watch Six the Musical at the Pantages.
But what exactly is Six the Musical? Well, Six the Musical is about the six wives of King Henry VIII (the eighth). The story is an 80 minute, high-energy, musical in which each wife tells their story of trials, tribulations, and love during their marriage with the infamous adulterous monarch. One student commented after the show, “this musical actually empowered me even more and was very engaging, I hope our school gives us more opportunities like this”.
