Saturday, May 17th was a day for many seniors to remember. This day was prom for the class of 2025, signifying a celebration before graduation. Many people enjoyed their time at prom, listening to music, eating all they could ever want, dancing, and partying. When people first arrived they were advised to take photos at the two photo booths that were available for free or the paid photo booths were costs varied depending on how many people there were and other aspects. Then around 7 pm, people were dismissed by table number to go to an all-you-can eat buffet. Then after the food was served the DJ started playing party music, many had mixed opinions on the music but overall many had a good time. Midway through dancing the DJ stopped the music and announced the prom court places. That being third place was Bryan Silva and Arianna Garcia, second place being Gurgen Paruryan and Nicole Merino, and last but not least first place was Jason Pineda and Angelica Basa. After they announced the court, music was played again and many danced the night away. After prom I heard that many people went to in-and-out afterwards. One anonymous student said “I liked the venue and I’m happy about Angelica and Jason winning”. Another person said this “I liked the food, the photo booths, and the place was beautiful”.
